Ingredients
- 10 ounces tilapia fillets
- 1/8 tsp oregano, dried
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground pepper
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
1. Place fish in middle of a piece of alum foil
2. Add the oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper to the
fish
3. Top with the juice of the lemon and the olive oil
4. Fold over the foil, closing the fish inside
5. Bake for 30 - 40 minutes or until the fish is
cooked through.
