Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 3 medium baking potatoes, grated
  • 2 lb. bulk pork sausage
  • 2 cups (8 oz) grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup (4 oz) grated mozzarella cheese
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

Pour butter into 9x13 baking dish. Line pan with grated potatoes.

Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes.

Fry sausage, stirring to crumble. Drain excess grease. Pour sausage over browned potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese.

Combine eggs and milk. Pour over the top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
