Ingredients
- 1 lb tomatillo, husked, rinsed and quartered
- 1/2 medium onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, smashed
- 1 Serrano chile, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 C cilantro leaves with tender stems
Preparation
Step 1
Puree all, adding water as needed, until smooth. Season with salt.
Makes 2 cups.
