Raspberry Sauce (Raw)

Bright red sauce is a beautiful complement to ice cream sundaes and chocolate sweet treats.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 cup pitted semi-soft Medjool dates
  • 1/4 cup agave or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup filtered water
  • *Strawberry Sauce-substitute strawberries for the raspberries delicious!

Preparation

Step 1

Combine in a personal blender 1 cup container
(magic bullet) Blend well.
Keeps 3 days in the refrigerator or a few weeks in the freezer (thaw before using)
