BEEF WITH RED WINE MARINADE

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 lb. top round steak or flank steak
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried whole oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic juice

Preparation

Step 1

Place steak in shallow dish or zip-top plastic bag. Combine remaining ingredients, pour over steak. Cover or seal, and chill 8 hours, turning occasionally. Remove steak from marinade, grill over medium coals 7-9 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness.
