Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 – 8 oz. can artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup diced red pepper
  • 1 Tbls. dried parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients, except peppers and parsley, in food processor and blend until smooth. Stir in diced peppers and parsley. Place in shallow baking dish, like pie or quiche dish, and bake for 30-40 mins @ 325 F. or until top of dip is light brown. Serve with assorted crackers, bread rounds and sliced veggies.
