Ingredients
- 2 lbs hamburg
- 1 med onion
- 2 ribs celery, diced fine
- 1/4 green pepper, diced fine
- 1/4 cup ketchcup (for in meatloaf
- 2 tbsp French’s mustard
- Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp horseradish
- 4 to 5 slices white bread, made into crumbs
- 2 eggs
- Salt and Pepper
- Parsley
- garlic powder
- (Mix an additional 1/2 cup ketchup and 1 tsp of dry mustard)
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Spoon into greased loaf pan
(8 X 5 X 3). Put into refrigerator for several hours. Unmold into greased baking dish.
Spread the additional ketchup and dry mustard over meat loaf. Bake at 350 degrees
For approximately 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes. (Internal temperature should be 160 degrees)
Can be served either hot or cold
