Ingredients
- 1 c. powdered sugar (120 g)
- 2 c. butter
- 2 t. vanilla
- 1/2 t. salt
- 4 c. flour (560 g)
- 1 1/2 c. nuts (200 g)
Preparation
Step 1
1) Heat oven to 400ºF.
2) Mix butter, 1/2 cup powdered sugar and the vanilla in large bowl. Stir in flour, nuts and salt until dough holds together.
3) Shape dough into 1" balls. Place about 1" apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
4) Bake 10 to 12 mins or until set but not brown. Remove from cookie sheet.
5) Roll cookies immediately in powdered sugar; roll in powdered sugar again after done with 1 cookie sheet the first time.
6) store in covered Tupperware container.
