Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

• 1/2 butter or marg
• 1.5 cups sugasr
• 2 eggs, slightly beaten
• 2 cups flour
• 2 tsp Bak pwdr
• 1 tsp soda
• pinch salt
• 1/2 cup cocoa
• 1 cup sour cream or milk
• 1/2 cup hot water
• 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Beat butter and sugar, add eggs. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk and water. Add vanilla.
Bake in 7 X 11 pan or 2 8in sq pans @ 325 for 40 to 50 min
