Caramel Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tall can evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in double boiler. Gradually add brown sugar. Sprinkle in salt. Add evaporated milk, very slowly & stirring constantly. Blend in flavoring.
