Ingredients
- 2 cups warm water (110 degrees)
- 2 T yeast
- 1/4 cup agave nectar ( can use honey or mix of both)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 5 cups bread flour
Preparation
Step 1
In a warm bowl of a mixer equipped with dough hook,place warm water,yeast and agave nectar. Blend until yeast dissolved. Let rest for 5- 15 minutes until mixer is frothy.
Add egg and oil. Then mix 1 cup of flour with salt and blend into yet mixture. Add 1 more cup and mix then place bowl onto mixer with dough hook. Slowly add remaining flour until sides are clean and dough is not sticky but has a bounce when pressed with finger. Place do ugh into oiled bowl cover with towel and proof for 1 hour until doubled in size. Punch dough down and form into 2 loaves. Put into 2 loaf. Pans that have been oiled cover with towel and let rise for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put loaves into oven bake 30 minutes until brown and hollow sounding when tapped.
