Ingredients
- 2 lbs. extra-lean ground beef
- 1 pkg. (6 ox.) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup water
- 2 eggs
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 400. Cover 2 rimmed baking sheets with foil; spray with cooking spray.
Mix ingredients just until blended; shape into 48 (1 1/2) inch meatballs. Place on prepared baking sheets.
Bake 12 minutes or until done.
Make ahead: Prepare and bake meatballs as directed; cool completely. Place in freezer-weight resealable plastic bags. Freeze up to 2 months. Thaw overnight in refrigerator before using.
