Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 t baking powder
- 2 t ground cinnamon
- 1/4 t salt
- 16 ounces pumpkin pie filling
- 1 2/3 c sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 4 eggs
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, soda and salt. Mix pumpkin, sugar , oil, eggs and then add to flour mixture.
Bake in a 15x10x1" jellly roll pan, for 25- 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
FROSTING:
1/2 cup butter, softened
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 t vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar
Mix until smooth and frost cake when cake is completely cool.
