Ingredients
- 2 C flour, plus 2 Tbl
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1-1/2 sticks melted butter
- 1 C packed brown sugar
- 1/2 C sugar
- 2 Tbl vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 C semi sweet chips
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Grease or line pans with parchment paper.
Sift flour, baking soda and salt together, set aside.
Cream butter and sugars together, add vanilla and eggs, mixing well. Ad flour mixture and mix until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips by hand.
Drop by 1/8 C scoops, 3inches apart. Bake 16-18 minutes. For 1/4 C scoops, cook 17-20 minutes.
Makes 26-1/8 C and 20-1/4 C sizes.
