Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup regular oats, uncooked
- 1 tea. cinnamon
- 1/3 cup butter
- 2 (17 oz) cans yams
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
Preparation
Step 1
Combine flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon and butter, mixing to crumb consistency.
Mix 1 cup crumbs with yams and cranberries. Pour mixture into 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Top with remaining crumbs.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
