Salmon with cream pasta
- 350 g penne pasta
- 170 g salmon
- olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 44.37 ml butter
- 350 ml whipping cream
- ml salt
- black pepper
- 1 cup green peas
- 50 g parmigiano-cheese
1 Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente
2 Saute garlic in olive oil over medium heat.
3 Cook until the garlic begins to sweat, but doesn't turn brown.
4 Add butter and then green peas
5 Add cream and bring to a simmer.
6 Add the pasta and keep simmering.
7 Then add the smoked salmon (cut into 1" cubes) and half of the cheese.
8 Toss well until the cheese is incorporated into the sauce.
10 Season with salt and pepper.
11 Serve in a large bowl or on a plate.
12 Garnish with the remaining cheese.
