Ingredients

  • Fresh Salmon ( grill or cook in oven)
  • Topping
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 can chopped artichoke hearts
  • 2 T mayo
  • 1 T jalapeño pepper, chopped (more to taste)
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Cheddar or Parmesan cheese (option)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together. Place salmon in baking pan or cookie sheet. Top cooked salmon with mixture. Broil 3-4 min until top is brown.

Option: sprinkle sharp cheddar or Parmesan cheese on topping before broiling.
