Ingredients
- Fresh Salmon ( grill or cook in oven)
- Topping
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 can chopped artichoke hearts
- 2 T mayo
- 1 T jalapeño pepper, chopped (more to taste)
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Cheddar or Parmesan cheese (option)

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together. Place salmon in baking pan or cookie sheet. Top cooked salmon with mixture. Broil 3-4 min until top is brown.
Option: sprinkle sharp cheddar or Parmesan cheese on topping before broiling.
