Walnuts, Sour cream

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. walnuts
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Cook together sour cream & sugar until it reaches 223* on candy thermometer. Add vanilla. Coat walnuts with mixture. Place on jelly roll pan. Bake at 225* for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes.
