Herbed-Garlic Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 pounds new red potatoes, scrubbed
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 2 Tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

2. Cut each potato into quarters. Place in a microwave-safe 9-inch square baking dish.

3. Combine butter, garlic, parsley, seasoned salt, and paprika in a small bowl and mix well. Pour evenly over potatoes.

4. Microwave on HIGH, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender, about 10 minutes. Bake in oven until golden, about 6-10 minutes.

TIP:
Serve with fish fillets which take less than 10 minutes in a 425 degree oven. Brush them with butter, sprinkle with lemon juice and dill and then bake with the potatoes.
