Mint Truffles

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 tsp. peppermint flavoring

Preparation

Step 1

Place chocolate in medium bowl. Scald cream (little bubbles). Remove from heat and pour over chocolate and stir and stir and stir until chocolate turns creamy. Put bowl over ice until thick and cool. Pour into buttered pan and cut unto squares or put in cake decorating bag and make little candy shapes.
