Ingredients
- 6 (4-oz.) boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 cup red wine, or use red grape juice with a splash of cider vinegar
- 2/3 cup boysenberries
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons honey
Preparation
Step 1
Place chicken in a large slow cooker. In a medium bowl, combine wine, boysenberries, vinegar and honey; pour mixture over chicken. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.
