Ingredients
- 2 cups coconut
- 7 cups regular oatmeal
- 1 cup wheat germ
- 1/2 cups sesame seed (optional)
- 1/2 cup water
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup rye flour (may use all whole wheat)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together coconut, oatmeal, wheat germ, & sesame seeds. Set aside.
Heat in a saucepan water, honey, brown sugar, & vanilla, melting brown sugar.
Place in flat pan. Bake at 250* for 1 hours. Stir occasionally.
