Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. spaghetti
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 cups cooked shrimp
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare spaghetti according to package directions. Drain. In large skillet, heat oil, add shrimp and garlic. stir and cook for 5 minutes. Add cooked spaghetti, Parmesan cheese, dill, salt and pepper. Toss well to coat spaghetti.
