Salted Rosemary Knots

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (7 oz) refrigerated bread-stick dough (Like Pillsbury)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbs. chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 Tbs. kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp. seasoned pepper blend, like the Spice Hunter

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Unroll dough on clean work surface. Separate dough along perforated lines. Tie each piece into a knot. Place knots on baking sheet.
In small bowl, beat egg with 1 Tbsp. water. Brush each knot with egg mixture. In small bowl, combine rosemary, kosher salt & seasoned pepper blend.
Sprinkle each knot with rosemary mixture. Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown.
