Ingredients
- Place in single layer in shallow dish 2 lbs. halibut steaks 1” thick. Combine:
- 1 cup butter melted
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup grated onion
- 1 Tbl Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. paprika

Preparation
Step 1
Pour sauce over fish and let stand 30 minutes. Turn once. Remove fish. Wrap in tinfoil and grill 8 minutes on each side
