Quick Meat Loaf

  • 1 envelope lipton onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cup nonfat instant dry milk
  • 1 cup tomato juice
  • 2 lbs. ground beef.

Preparation

Step 1

Beat soup with knife handle before opening so onion particles are fine. Combine soup, milk, tomato juice. Let stand 5 minutes. Add to beef, form into a loaf and bake 1-1/2 hours at 350°

Alternative: Bake at 450° for 15 minutes then add the following sauce over top: 8 oz. tomato sauce, 1 Tbl. brown sugar, 1 Tbl. parsley flakes, 1 tsp. Worcestershire. Bake an additional 15 minutes.
