RHUBARB CREAM PIE - Millie's recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 cups rhubarb cut in 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 TBS flour
  • 1 tsp. butter
  • 2 eggs
  • Pie pastry for top and bottom

Preparation

Step 1

Blend sugar, flour and butter. Add eggs and beat until smooth. Pour over rhubarb. Put into pastry-lined pie pan. Top with lattice crust.

Bake 10 minutes at 400F then reduce heat to 37F and bake for 30 minutes
