Honey Mustard Salmon with Mayo

  • 1/2 c mayo
  • 2 T deli mustard
  • 2 green onions, chopped (more for garnish)
  • 1 T honey
  • 1 t apple cider vinegar
  • 1/8 t fresh ground pepper
  • Pinch salt
  • 4 salmon fillets (about 1 lb total)



Step 1

In med bowl blend all ingredients except salmon. Reserve 1/3 c mayo mixture. Grill or broil salmon brushing with remaining mixture until salmon flakes with fork, turning once.

Serve with reserved mayo mixture & garnish with add'l chopped green onions if desired.
