Ingredients
- 1/2 c mayo
- 2 T deli mustard
- 2 green onions, chopped (more for garnish)
- 1 T honey
- 1 t apple cider vinegar
- 1/8 t fresh ground pepper
- Pinch salt
- 4 salmon fillets (about 1 lb total)

Preparation
Step 1
In med bowl blend all ingredients except salmon. Reserve 1/3 c mayo mixture. Grill or broil salmon brushing with remaining mixture until salmon flakes with fork, turning once.
Serve with reserved mayo mixture & garnish with add'l chopped green onions if desired.
