Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean Ground Beef
  • 2 Tbsp minced Onion
  • 32 oz Pork Sausage
  • 1/2 lb Cheddar Cheese- shredded
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • 3 Eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350`F

Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Roll into 1.5 inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for18-20 minutes.

This makes around 50 to 60 meatballs.
