Spinach and Strawberry Salad

Ingredients

• SALAD:
• Spinach leaves
• 1/2 - 3/4 cup sliced strawberries
• 1 hard boiled egg - sliced (if desired)
• Parmesan Cheese
• DRESSING:
• 3 tbsp mayonaisse
• 4 tsp oil
• 4 1/2 tsp red wine vinegar
• 1 1/2 tsp sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• pepper
• 1/8 tsp garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

Mix spinach, strawberries and eggs in a bowl. Toss with dressing. Sprinkle with the cheese.
