- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 3 tbsp port
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 tsp lemon juice

METHOD:
Mix sugar and cornstarch together.
Add Port & water.
Add blueberries and cook over med-low heat stiring until thickened, about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat add lemon juice.
