Cookie Salad.

Ingredients

  • 1-Lg. Bowl Cool whip.
  • 2-cups butter milk.
  • 1-Lg. or 2 Sm. packages vanilla instant
  • pudding, blend well together.
  • 2 -cans mandarin oranges.
  • 1 -can Lg. crushed pineapple.
  • 1 or 2-Packages stripped shortbread
  • cookies.

Preparation

Step 1

Mix vanilla pudding until thick. Mix with
cool whip and butter milk. Blend well.
Drain the juice off the mandarin oranges
and crushed pineapples and add to mixture. Stir in short bread cookies just
before serving.
This is better made the night before and
put in refrigerator. Then stir in short bread cookies just before serving the next day.
