pasta with bacon and tomato-cream sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of bacon, cook
  • 1 TBS oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 can of petite cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 box of pasta

Preparation

Step 1

cook pasta. Cook bacon. Put olive oil in pan and cook garlic and tomatoes for 2 minutes. Add wine and cream and bring to boil. reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes Season with salt, pepper and basil.
