Ingredients
- 1/4 c chopped onion
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 T chili powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 3/4 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 c Romaine lettuce
Preparation
Step 1
Mix onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper together. Remove fat from chicken and spread with onion mixture. Press into the chicken. Broil five inches from the heat for five minutes on each side. Place over the salad and use an olive and vinegar dressing.
