Baked Strawberry Salmon

Ingredients

  • 3/4 C soy sauce
  • 2 TBL lemon juice
  • 1 TBL dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 4 salmon fillets 6-oz each), skin removed
  • 2/3 C strawberry preserves

Preparation

Step 1

in lg. resealable plastic bag, combine soy sauce, lemon juice, mustard & pepper
add salmon
seal bag
turn to coat
refrig 30 min

drain & discard marinade
place salmon in greased 13"X9" baking dish
spoon preserves over fillets
bake uncovered @ 375 for 15-20 min or until salmon flakes easily w/ fork
