Ingredients
- 2 c sugar
- 1/2 c butter
- 1 c light cream or evaporated milk
- 8 oz white almond bark (4 squares)
- 1 c miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 c flake coconut
- 1/2 c sliced almonds
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
In heavy 3qt saucepan combine sugar, cream, and butter. Cook over medium heat to soft boil stage (234°) stirring frequently.
Remove from heat, add bark and marshmallows; beat until smooth. Quickly add coconut, almonds, and vanilla. Pour into buttered 10x16x1 3/4 pan. Garnish with whole almond if desired.
Use maple bark, pecans, and small amount of maple flavor for maple fudge.
