12 (3 in) chocolate chip cookies
1 qt vanilla ice cream

Step 1

Using scissors cut carton from ice cream. Discard carton. Place ice cream on lg sheet of wax paper. Roll ice cream into a log about 3 in thick. Twist ends of wax paper to seal. Freeze until firm 15 min.

Remove ice cream from freezer & unwrap. Cut into 6 slices. Place each slice on top of a cookie. Top with remaining cookies. Serve immediately or wrap in plastic wrap & freeze.
