Angel Food

Ingredients

  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 c dark syrup
  • 1 T vinegar
  • 1 T baking soda

Preparation

Step 1

Cook to 300° in a 4-5 quart kettle. Add baking soda, stir in quickly with wooden spoon. Pour into cake pan. Do not move or sample until completely cooled. Break and dip in waxed chocolate.
