Chicken and Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cups package stuffing (not Stove Top), preferably Pepperidge Farmes
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Cut chicken into strips. In baking dish, add broth and then chicken. Salt and pepper lightly. Mix soups and milk and add over the top of the chicken. Layer stuffing on top and pour melted butter over top.

Bake 350 for 1 hour or until bubbling and brown on top
