Ingredients
- Filling
- 6 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/4 c butter, softened
- 2 T unbleached all purpose flour
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 1/2 t vanilla extract
- Brownie
- 1/2 c butter, cubed
- 1 oz unsweetened chocolate
- 2 eggs lightly beaten
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c unbleached all purpose flour
- 1 t baking powder
- 1 c chopped walnuts
- Cooking spray
- Topping
- 6 oz semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 c chopped walnuts
- 2 c miniature marshmallows
- Frosting
- 1/4 c butter
- 1/4 c milk
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1 oz unsweetened chocolate
- 3 c confectioner's sugar
- 1 t vanilla extract

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. In sm bowl combine first 6 ingredients until smooth; set aside. In lg pan over med heat, melt butter & chocolate. Remove & cool. Stir in eggs & vanilla. Add sugar, flour baking powder & nuts, stirring until blended.
Spread batter in 13x9 in pan coated with cooking spray. Spread filling over batter. In sm bowl combine chocolate chips & nuts; sprinkle over filling. Bake 28 min until almost set. Sprinkle with marshmallows. Bake 2 more min.
Frosting: In lg pan heat butter, milk, cream cheese & chocolate until melted; stirring until smooth. Remove from heat, stir in confectioner's sugar & vanilla. Immediately drizzle over marshmallows. Chill well. Cut into bars for serving.
