Ingredients
- 1 - 9 " unbaked pie shell
- 8 - 10 slices bacon, diced
- 1/2 lb. swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 T flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 eggs, beaten
- Dash nutmeg (1/8 tsp)
- 1-3/4 Cup milk
Preparation
Step 1
Bake shell in 450 degree oven for 7 - 10 minutes or until very lightly browned. Meanwhile, fry bacon til crisp; drain well on paper towels. Place bacon in pie shell. Add shredded cheese. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over cheese. Bake in 325 degree oven for 35 - 45 minutes, or until browned and almost set in center. Let cool at least 15 minutes before serving.
