Ingredients
- 1.3 c Bisquick
- 1/3 c Italian Dressing
- 1 can canneloni bans, drained, rinsed, mashed
- 1.5 c diced cooked chicken
- 10 oz chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed to drain
- 1 c shredded mozzarlla cheese
- 1.25 c milk
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/3 c slivered almonds, lightly toasted
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375°. Mix bisquick, beans and dressing. Spread onto bottom and up 2 inches of ungreased springform pan. Bake 10-12 minutes. Layer chicken, spinach and cheese over crust.Mix eggs and milk. Pour over cheese. Sprinkle almonds. Bake uncovered 50-55 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes.
