Tuscan Chicken Torte

Ingredients

  • 1.3 c Bisquick
  • 1/3 c Italian Dressing
  • 1 can canneloni bans, drained, rinsed, mashed
  • 1.5 c diced cooked chicken
  • 10 oz chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed to drain
  • 1 c shredded mozzarlla cheese
  • 1.25 c milk
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/3 c slivered almonds, lightly toasted

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 375°. Mix bisquick, beans and dressing. Spread onto bottom and up 2 inches of ungreased springform pan. Bake 10-12 minutes. Layer chicken, spinach and cheese over crust.Mix eggs and milk. Pour over cheese. Sprinkle almonds. Bake uncovered 50-55 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes.
