Nancy’s Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 of large pack of oreos (1 ½ rows)
  • 1/2 stick butter, mleted
  • 9 inch springform pan
  • 2 half gallons ice cream
  • Hot fudge (hersheys hot fudge)
  • Cool Whip
  • Candy toppings if desired

Preparation

Step 1

-crush up oreos,

-pour in melted butter and mix

-Press onto 9 inch springform pan

-Bake at 350* for 10 min. and let cool. And take out ½ gallon ice cream to soften, 10 min,

-Spread ice cream on top crust.

-Warm hot fudge, pour on top ice cream. Add candy, or marshmellow topping if want. Freeze.

-Soften half gallon and spread on top.

-Frost w/ cool whip when serving.
