Ingredients
- 1/2 coarsely chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine melted
- 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon rum extract
Preparation
Step 1
Saute pecans in butter in a saucepan until light browned. Add condensed milk, cook 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Gradually stir in water, cook 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat, stir in rum extract. Let cool.
