Ingredients
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 ounce (1/2 square) semisweet chocolate
Preparation
Step 1
In a small saucepan combine whipping cream and semisweet chocolate. Stir over low heat until all of the chocolate is melted.
Remove from heat and stir until no chocolate specks remain. Pour into bowl, cover and chill. Just before serving, beat cream mixture until stiff peaks form.
