Ingredients
- 2 cups steamed, sliced squash
- 3/4 stick butter or margarine, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup grated cheese (Monterey Jack is good)
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups cracker crumbs (Pepperidge Farm stuffing is good)

Step 1
Steam squash, layer in greased casserole dish. Mix other ingredients well and pour over squash. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 40 minutes.
