Ingredients

  • 10 lbs. of boneless, skinless chicken breast with all fat cut off
  • will make 9 pints.

Preparation

Step 1

Stuff pint jars as tight as you can with chicken breasts, only cut up enough to fit into the jar. Add ¼ tsp. salt to each pint. Stuff with chicken and pressure cook at 12 lbs. for 75 minutes.
