Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken & Broccoli Over Rice

Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 14oz can cream of chicken soup
- 1 14 oz can cheddar soup
- 1 14 oz can chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1 C sour cream
- 1 12 oz frozen bag broccoli or 4 C fresh
- 1 C shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Spray crockpot with cooking spray and put soups and broth, salt, seasoning and garlic salt into crockpot. Stir together until smooth. Place chicken on the bottom of crockpot.
Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or on high for 3 hours. During the last 30 minutes of cooking, shred chicken with two forks and add broccoli, sour cream and cheese. Cook an additional 30 minutes until broccoli is tender and heated through.
Serve over rice and garnish with cheese if desired.
