Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 3 ingredients in a large mixing bowl; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until blended. Stir in bacon and green onions: cover and chill at least 3 hours. Shape mixture into a ball. Serve with assorted crackers.
Yield: one ( 4 1/2 inch) cheese ball.
